Government recognition

  1. Our institution has been registered under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act 2010 [F.C.R.A.] vide the Ministry of Home Affairs order dated 11.01.2012 and we are permitted to receive Foreign Contribution.
  2. Om Shanti Malta Service Organisation has been registered with the Registrar of Societies, Pondicherry vide their certificate dated 15.09.2006.
  3. Income Tax department has certified Om Shanti as a service organisation under section 12 AAB of the Income tax act 1961 by their letter dated 27.09.2010.
  4. Income Tax department has granted income tax rebate for the donations made to Om Shanti vide their letter dated 27.09.2010(allowed u/s 80G(5)(VI) of the Income tax act 1961).

Why and how you can support us

Europe is in the grip of economic recession and this has affected our benefactors individually. As a result, there is slow down in the flow of fund. Further an impression is gaining momentum in the West that India is emerging out as an economic giant and it has the strength to support its less fortunate people. But the situation in Europe cannot become cause to abandon our noble mission. Therefore we are now extending our hand in the direction of our Indian good Samaritans.

Financial support 
Our pioneers and main donors

We have our own premises to accommodate children in crèche, KG’s and administrative set up. Our main donor is Ordre de Malte France. Our fall back support is our Mother organisation, Volontariat. The sponsorship programme is supported by the generosity of individual donors from France and Germany. They endorse the expenses of each of their identified child. Indian good Samaritans are there, but we need to know how to trace them.
