Administrative set up

We have acquired adequate infrastructure in our premises for children in crèche, KG’s and for the administrative set up.

Om Shanti was registered by the Registrar of Societies under the Societies Registration Act 1860 Pondicherry on 15.09.2006. This is administered by an executive committee elected by the chosen group of general body members. The chief executive assisted by a dedicated band of social worker, nurse, teachers and staff carry on the day to day administration. Executive committee is guided by the Memorandum of Association and Rules and Regulations filed with the Registrar of Societies.

Why and how you can support us

Europe is in the grip of economic recession and this has affected our benefactors individually. As a result, there is slow down in the flow of fund. Further an impression is gaining momentum in the West that India is emerging out as an economic giant and it has the strength to support its less fortunate people. But the situation in Europe cannot become cause to abandon our noble mission. Therefore we are now extending our hand in the direction of our Indian good Samaritans.

Financial support 
Our pioneers and main donors

We have our own premises to accommodate children in crèche, KG’s and administrative set up. Our main donor is Ordre de Malte France. Our fall back support is our Mother organisation, Volontariat. The sponsorship programme is supported by the generosity of individual donors from France and Germany. They endorse the expenses of each of their identified child. Indian good Samaritans are there, but we need to know how to trace them.
